當雙胞胎兄弟哈爾和比爾在閣樓上發現父親的舊猴子玩具之後，他們周圍開始發生一係列可怕的死亡事件。兄弟倆決定把猴子扔掉，繼續他們的生活，但多年來卻越來越疏遠。但當神秘的死亡再次開始時，兄弟倆必須重新團結起來，找到一種方法來徹底消滅這隻猴子，以免它奪走所有與他們親近的人的生命。
