英國人類學家克裏斯（克裏斯托弗·李 Christopher Lee 飾）在中國東北地區發現一個冷凍的人型怪物，並將它帶上前往歐洲的列車。然而，在半途中，這個怪物解凍並開始獵殺列車上的乘客，吸取他們的腦漿，導致了恐怖的場麵。
